HEB and Walmart
No, rent is due in full. Flex payments are available through Flex for a service fee monthly. The community does not have visibility for residents accounts. Residents who choose to use flex will work with Flex directly.
The late fee is 10% of the rent amount.
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal.
E-money order is a payment option, providers are HEB and Walmart.
A convenience fee is charged by the payment processor for certain payment methods.
Credit card convenience fees are charged by the payment processor. Options available that do not incur a fee are automatic recurring ACH payments.
Rent is due on the first of the month and considered late on the fourth of the month.
Flexible lease terms range from 3-15 months. Shorter terms have a higher premium.
